before the start of HP's 3 on 3 tournament in 2011 and 2012.
In 2011, Hunter Page came up with the idea of having a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament to benefit Life Choices
of Memphis.
Team Age Categories:
18 & Under
19-29
30+
Teams will be allowed up to
4 players.
Registration
is $20 per player.

off Registration form, each player needs to print a form off and sign waiver. If you are under 18 years of age a Parent has
to sign the waiver as well.
